FAQ´s

When Should I Call A Moving Company?

The earlier the better.  Four to six weeks notice is preferred to accomodate your schedule.

Do I Need An Estimate?

Yes.  This allows us to provide you with a price quote based on your actual belongings being moved.  Estimates for local moves are generally calculated on an hourly basis.

Is Your Moving Company Licensed and Insured?

Yes.  Crouse Moving & Delivery is fully insured and has maintained a certificate of authority with the Department of Transportation (DOT) and the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PA PUC) since 2004.

Can My Possessions Be Stored Temporarily?

Yes.  We can provide you with a list of preferred storage facilities in your area. Once you secure the unit, we'll move your belongings accordingly.  You will have complete control and access of your belongings while they are in your storage unit.

Can Clothes Remain In Dressers?

Yes.  Lightweight clothing may be left in drawers.  Any loose items must be removed (i.e. money, jewelry, paperwork, books, etc., as well as anything that might spill or leak).
